Im putting a g16a into my sierra but the carby is missing a few linkages and hoses. Is it possible to put the carby of my g13b as its complete and not long had an overhaul.

It would be easier to buy g16 carb from a wrecker and just bolt it on. You could sell your g13 carb to off set the cost of the knew one.

I ran a g13 carb on the 1.6 with the SJ manifold. I opened out the intake ports on the manifold and trimmed it to fit around the 1.6 pump. It works but its not great and it won't let you get full power from the 1.6.

I was having problems with my factory carb and i found this

http://www2.izook.com/?page_id=210

It all plumbs up with all the same plugs vacuum lines etc as the factory G13a the only things that needs done is swap over the linkage for the accelerator cable and cut the end of the choke cable. and it uses shorter bolts
