Where would one find a replacement bush for between the upper steering shaft and the column housing?
My bottom one has become very easy to pull up inside the column.

Its either replace or I lock it in place with self tappers.

This isn't the biscuit down near the steering box.

I don't know why it would pull into the column, there shouldn't be any tension on the steering, the only load should be torsion when you turn. Post a pic of the offending part.

I think he is talking about the rubber bush in the collapsable steering shaft. Its not servicable.

Buy another steering shaft.

When your 4wding there is quite a bit of pushing and pulling going on.
Fatzook has the right part.

I ended up making a couple of new ones up out of a nylon boat trailer roller, it seems to work quite well.
