Just a quick one, my lights seem to be pointing way to up and not in the road infront of me, is there anyway of adjusting them ?

There should be 3 or so screws on the ring holding your headlight in. Pretty sure they can be adjusted to alter the direction of your light.

they are the screws you can see with the grill on, park near a wall and turn em on and have a fiddle

There are proper rules on where they should point but that's a bit difficult to do

Yep as rusho said there's three screws that are in the slots in the headlight surround springs behind them so wind the bottom one in (may have to back the top ones off) until you reach your desired height.

its VERY hard to adjust your sierra headlights once you're running some lift and bigger tyres... took me ages to get mine right, in the end i just waited till it was dark, parked on a long straight road with no traffic and adjusted them there... when i come up to a wall they look way out, but on the road theyre perfect and don't hit people's rear-view mirrors unless im about 10m away from them.

Each of the headlights has TWO phillips head adjusting screws.
One to adjust vertical and one to adjust horizontal.
Open the bonnet and look at the back of the headlights, you will see the thread end of the adjusting screws sticking through the little plastic blocks by about 15-20mm.
SPRAY WITH LUBE before adjusting them as they are often very stiff and you will strip out the phillips heads.

Park 10m from a wall and adjust the top edge of the low beams to 1m high.

just had a look now they are all rusted spray some rost off and let it sit for the night tomorrows project.
