with 13 matching -15 15x7's steelies kicking around i think it might be a while before i shell out for a set of fancy alloys... it's a nice pipe dream, but realistically it's hard to go past a set of steelies on a 4x4.

Was just saying tirerack because if you didn't like the drifters reviews, there may be similar different brand out there.

Who quoted the $1500 price?

I haven't seen any other brand of wheels that list a flash set of 16x5.5 in a Suzuki/Jeep stud pattern. While steelies might be stronger, on an LJ50 you don't need bombproof.

Shame is, I've already got the set of 225/75-16 KM2's sitting here ready to go on the wheeels.

Has anybody successfully got any of this gear?

I've just sent off an email to the aussie mob about a grille, if I have no luck there I will attempt to contact the lads in Japan directly. Hopefully not too expensive, $200 in Japan though so I'm not holding my breath.

If anyone's wondering why someone with a 1L grille needs a new grille that would suit an nt/wt well mine is rusty and no headlight surrounds so another direction is being investigated.
