They're two VERY different springs - both will fit and lift a Vit, but one will have a LWB bouncing off it's bump-stops, the other will barely compress at all if you fill the back with concrete.

What are you trying to achieve? What car do you have?

I been told that they do a 3 inch lift trying to do 3 inch in my 89 swb vitara

i have some grand vitara 2" ones here done like 500 km's.. any one know if they will lift the 1.6 more than 2"?

Used GV 35mm rear springs lifted my 1.6 LWB about 85mm over the old stock sagged springs. Combined with the GV Tough Dog shocks they were very firm with no load in the back.

In a SWB they would be unbearably hard. XL7 springs would be a heap worse again.

How are you dealing with all the other issues involved with a 3" spring lift?

Got bad vibes, shocks rubbing on brake lines, broke a CV thinking about locking hubs, camber is retarded, balljoint keeps popping out, steering wheel is 30* out, brake lines are taught, handbrake is dragging...
