x2

Case is only worth the convenience IMO. And once the gears are driven on theyre not new.
$600 would be my max price.

Is warranty on the gears transferable?
If so, $600 would be fair for second hand with warranty.
If not, max I would pay is $400.

$600 for new gears with warranty, $115 for extra bearings, in old case. So $800 in bits + labour.

$1000 for brand new, installed gears and bearings with warranty.
$800 for brand new bits and old case, with warranty.

Without warranty, $600 is way too high, compared to what it costs for the new parts etc and warranty.
