hey all,

a non 4x4 tech question...

Does anyone know weather you can attach more then one device at a time to a PDA/phone/XDA such as a
BT car kit
BT GPS

Im thinking of hooking a BT GPS up to my O2 Atom but also use my Blue tooth car kit all the time.

any help would be great.

Thanks
Gordon

I am 99.99999999999999999999% sure you can, it would depend more on whether the atom can as Bluetooth is capable of doing it

NOMYS is running a GPS and heaphones of his JASJAM at once and I have run the same off my ASUS so you should be right

I would go to like Johnny apleseed and pretend to buy one but try it out 1st then go hit ebay

does it lose the bluetooth connection or the gps signal?

I have found with my asus (inbuilt gps) it would drop the gps signal and regain it every tunnel, would beep on the way in and beep on the way out

I get the same thing - ever since I got the eToll tag installed the GPS dies when I go through the gates.

The cause is the eToll tag's response to being interrogated - the energy being put out by the eToll booth energises the tag, turning it into a broadcaster. The interference is very local, but if it bothers you try mounting the tag further away from the GPS unit. A metre should do it.
