thinking about doing a 2" body lift on my 88 sierra and was wondering whether the tcase lift is needed as well? or can you get away without it?
its already got OME 1.75" spring lift (which has sagged heaps!) do i need extended brake lines as well?

No, You don't NEED to lift the transfer. But it can't hurt.

If you do body lift, lifting the transfer offers two benefits. It helps with clearance (which helps to protect the transfer). It helps prevent/reduce the risk of the transfer shifter fouling on the body and going from low range into neutral.
The only real downside, is it will make your drive shafts extend slightly more.
As per extended brake lines, flex it up and see. If they are stretched etc get some new ones, if they appear fine, they most likely are.
