I have here my beloved little zook which has had a fair amount of work done to it over the years that includes :

1.6 mpfi vitara motor
Extractors and custom 2" exhaust with hidden tip
SPOA Hilux diffs
Lock right locker (rear)
Re packed springs (a bit stiffer)
Hilux shocks all around (centre mounted in rear)
Custom snorkel
Vitara efi fuel tank
Custom rear drive shaft
Superior engineering drop shackles rears (have standard ones too)
Extended flairs
33" tiers & Cruzer rims
Maruti roof and hard cover for tub
Custom bull bar with bash plate
Momo steering wheel (a bit worn)
UHF with 6db aerial
H4 up graded head lights
Big roo lights 100w
Kenwood head unit with 12" sub and amp
Autometer gauges (volts and oil pressure)
Vitara power steering (not fitted needs a kit to fit)
Led tail lights and spotties for reversing lights
Led indicators and parkers
Spare transfer case (needs rebuild)

What it needs to get back on the road as far as I know :

Flat tier needs the bead cleaned reseated and balanced, about 25% left on tiers
New clutch
Battery
And a bit of rust cut out

I have NSW engineering certificates for the diffs and motor. I never had any trouble from the cops or with defects. It was my daily for a long time but due to other commitments it fell by the way side and I have to sell due to the fact that qld don't like SPOA conversions I won't be able to reregister when I move up there

Will it need a blue slip(past 3months expired rego) or a pink slip? When was the engineer cert done?

It will need a blue slip cause it has been out of rego for a while but I'm certain that it will pass again. As of the certificates the first one was done for the diffs back in dec 2005 before I bought it the after I bought it in 2009 I did the motor conversion It was engineered again for the motor in march 2010

Weather you buy it to fix up or use it for a donor car it's got pretty well every thing done except for gears and a front locker and if you have trouble getting rego cause of the roof you can take it off and register it as a soft top again

I'm willing to go as low a $3500 cause I need it gone and the only reason I am selling it is cause I have to move to qld

but I might be able to find another zook when I get up there

since it uses factory mounts on the hilux diffs could u not get a engineer to state that they are factory mounts with stronger diffs?
