So when it comes time to changing the plugs I would like to know the process involved in changing the plugs on the H27.. Also what plugs and tools are needed to get the job done ??
Do I remove the top cover that has DOHC V6 written on it ???

no
remove the covers on top of the rocker cover, remove coil packs & probes, remove spark plugs with spark plug socket, repeat in reverse order to refit new plugs.
tools required: beer

I just looked at the covers.. The previous owner looks like they have stripped the screws on the covers.... Morons.. If I had known that they were the screws that covered the spark plugs I wouldnt have bought the bastard..
Best way to remove them ??

lol I wouldn't not buy the car mate just because of a couple of stripped screws. Get an impact screwdriver with a couple of different sized phillip head attachments. Will do the job in 95% of cases as long as the screw head isn't completely butchered. Failing that you could usually cut a slot into it with a dremel and use a blade screwdriver on it, but I'm fairly sure those screws are recessed into the covers so that isn't an option in this particular case. Hence drilling the screw head off is probably the next option, then you can remove the cover and get the remainder of the screw out with vicegrips etc.
