Just got a 97 coil sierra just after some advice on the best tyres to suit my car i want to be able to have a bit of mud tyre combined with somthing that still handles nicely on the road? Currently has 31x10.5 maxxis bighorns with 15x7 tyres and they are just to big
Any help and advice would be awsome

31x10.5 bighorns on a sierra is probably the most done combination EVER... i think you've actually got what you're asking for already!

What you do need to do is figure out your gearing... a bit harder in a coily, but transfer gears, probably 5.14s, will get you your power back that you lost with going to 31s.

Yeah its lost quite abit of power as it has custom steel bull bar rear bar sidesteps and rollbars inside and out and the tyres sit to close to bullbar and rub at full lock

235's still need reduction gears really... IMO anything above a 215/75 requires some sort of gearing, especially with the sierra's super tall low range.
