Hey guys, recently got a Suzuki vitara 89 swb, Carby. In the bush on 4x4-L got all the power I need, but once on the road it's a differnt story. Struggle to pick up speed on the freeway & go up hills

31's will do that. Get some 5.12 diffs. or go back down in tyre size.

my guess is it's already got 5.12's.

pull the 5.12's & RHS cv out of it & all the good bits like tyres & lift etc, sell the rest to someone wanting a carby 1.6 for a sierra conversion & buy a SV420, fit the diffs, tyres & lift, build a hybrid CV & enjoy nearly 100kw.

Except he wants to fit 33s or 35s.

Sell it and build a sierra.
