hi all just a question. im having trouble fitting my air locker to the front on my jimny got it all set up and upon trying to refit the diff the air ring on the side whit the copper pipe attached is hitting on the housing stopping it all going in just wondering if anyone has had this problem or if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it.
and i cant wind the side in otherwise ill have no backlash.
HELP ME

have a search as i reckon this is a reoccurring problem with airlockers & jimny front diffs, maybe search for posts by zooky08 & 31zook.

You need to grind a bit of a notch at about 2 o'clock and again at about 5 o'clock. There's two bolts around those locations that foul on the housing and stop the centre going in. I had to do this last week ;)

I didnt have this problem. My problem was my crown wheel eating the copper tube on the seal housing.
Do what jimny timmy said. Should solve your issue.
