I had a twin locked patrol on 35's. Sure it climbed anything, even my girlfriend could drive it but there was no real skill involved.

No one is saying you cant build your car how you want. But you need to understand the work involved. You also need to understand that saying may as well buy a patrol is asking for trouble around here

Suzuki driving is all about skill hone em up before you go spending big coin on all the fruit.. Mind you i can't talk about having all the fruit.. 35s lockers But I still prefer driving on 31-33s as it's more of a challenge..

i drove a vitara on 32x12.5's with no lift for a while years ago... the guards were chopped like crazy, and they still rubbed all the time =) haha it got yellow stickered pretty quick too cos the tyres were WELL out of the guards.
Looked awesome though.

looks like a fair bit has been taken from the back of the front wheel arch, a spring lift will get the chassis rails higher + giving you more clearance under the diff. there are some pics in this thread viewtopic.php?f=14&t=38240

this was my LWB on 32"s. 4" suspension and 2" BL. lots of cutting, welded front, mini spool rear. Advice: mini spool is not DD material. you will hate it. and cops will love you. go lock right or spartan rear.

How about weld the front and auto lockers in the rear? A auto locker is like a 2way LSD? Am I correct. i don't plan to daily drive this car .

Its a ratcheting locker. Under power it locks two halves of the locker against the side gears giving 100% lock.
Off the pedal there is enough give for the varying wheel speeds while cornering to overpower the spring load on the two halves of the locker allowing differential action. Most here call it an auto UNlocker.

I'll see if anyone got a cheap 2nd one lying around before i order a new one.
Will a auto locker in rear and a welded front be a good combo?

nope, welded front is going to blow goats, even more so if you're still running the alloy housing.

I rocked welded front and auto rear for ages. It did the job, but wasnt awesome. Auto front and back, or throw some air in there somewhere IMO, especially with Vit front..

Based on the op's statements, welded front is not going to end well. Every trip will result in breakages.
OP, If you really have money to spend, air lockers front and rear is the way to go.

OP, If you really have money to spend, steel front diff and air lockers front and rear is the way to go. Fixed
