Gday I have a 89 sierra that I just purchased the problem is when I push the clutch pedal in a loud metal on metal bearing sort of noise it only happens when the clutch is compressed I have a feeling it might be the spiggot bearing but I'm not familiar with the zooks ...any ideas

It'll be the clutch throwout bearing.
