Lift is practically irrelevant. Even with 10" of lift (provided you have a soft enough spring) the wheel still ends up in the same spot. It's all about how much chopping and bumpstop spacing you need.
You've got 30s now and everything clears? Add 1" of bump stop spacing and possibly move your diff forward a bit and it should be right. That depends what sorta width tyre you want though. If you ever get it to flex properly you'l be pretty screwed though.
I'd go for a 33x10.5 over a 32x11.5. What do you want bigger tyres for anyway?

Sam, when you make a thread like this it'l be helpful if you list what your car is and what mods it has.
Eg yours is/has.
WT SWB Sierra. 30s on 15x7 alloys (dunno the offset) 2" bl 2" shackles 2" wheel spacers Chopped outriggers/hammered seams. 1l transfer G16a Auto locker in the back.
For 32s you'l need transfer gears other wise you'l lose 5th gear again. You could use the diffs from your dads Maruti but then you'd need to swap the locker over and his would be just about undrivable with full 1.3l gearing.
32s are only an inch more clearance than you have now, 33x10.5 will fit on the rims you've got now and give you pretty similar clearance to the biggest built cars in Manji.
If you pulled the wheel spacers out you'd probably be fine. Narrow works awesome in ruts.
