Hi all stereo fitting experts, can someone tell me how to remove the Clarion radio cassette from my Vit so I can fit my new CD player please?

Did a quick search but can't find what I was looking for, feel free to post a link if topic already exists.

I just rummaged about in there with a screwdriver until it came out. I think most of the plastic surround of the centre console comes out.
The heater controls had to have their ends popped off. Um, I think that's about it.
Then had a dude wire up an adapter for me.

OK thanks for that, the new unit has some special 'tool's for separating part of the external section, might work on the old one too (I hope)...
