so i have a jimny i bought a while back and have been doing it up have done a guard chop put a 40mm dobinson lift (now has the suzuki lean of DEATH!!! ) and a set of 31" muddies under it pulled out the 1.3 (most people love the g13bb..... mine was a lemon it sucked didnt have to power to turn standard tyres let alone 31s) so pulled it out and threw it out invested in a g16b AWESOME engine without gear reductions or anything (and a start on the loose gravel) it will light up 31s on the bitchy!! needless to say quite impressed when i take it bush and it flexes up in the front and i want to turn it grabs on that cross member thing think it could be cos its sagged or does this happen to every one with a jimny on 31s ill put up pics of where its rubbing if any one needs

I'm running 31s and can tuck every wheel in the arches without it rubbing (except a little bit in the arch itself) I brought it the way it is but. Tho I'm sure it has all the relocators that jimnybits has to sell so maby jump on jimnybits and have a look around and read the discriptions and see if they have a cure, just read your post again and I have a bit more lift too, 2" body 3" spring and guard chop

What offset and try swapping your coils side to side, the longer side goes in the drivers side.
The front diff can (with new arms or removing chassis mount) be moved forward 10mm after that it rubs the panhard on the pitman arm.

if it rubs now it will rub with new springs unless they're super hard meaning it won't compress and you won't be happy.

I have 4 inch lift and ora arms. I'm running 30s and only have some minor rubbing on the flares.
