Looking at a 94 twin cam g16b Efi auto vitara . Would this have the 3 or 4 speed auto in it.

It wont be a twin cam, vits were single cam.

It'l be a 4 speed.

All Australian delivered vitaras with the g16b 16v motor have the 4 speed auto.
