Just wondering if there are any places in aus that I can get one from other then design fab? Don't want to wait over 14 days to get one because I've just received my 6.5 gears from lror and want to get them installed so that I can go wheeling pompoms Also does any one know any good build pages or links of good ways to strengthen the stock transfer arms, should the transfer ring be tied into the transfer arms? I've come across build threads with ways of strengthening them but can't find them again even using search....
Cheers guys

Look in the business directory for BenT and grab a set of his transfer case arms that are part rock toy ring as well. They should be as strong as you'll ever need. I bought a set and they're awesome.

that's the fundamental problem with the rocktoy ring IMO, it's just 1/2 the solution... you still have to fab up the rest. at least with the BenT kit it's the complete package, upgraded arms & transfercase bracing all in one. 8)

Yep. My understanding was the rock toy ring was only ever designed as a Skelton to build mounts from. And it doesn't pickup the 8 holes that the standard arms bolt to. The BenT ones pickup all 8 bolt holes and 7 bolts around the outside of the case. Compared to others on the market the BenT arms a very good value.

Another vote for BenT's arms. I was bending mine while towing and had zero issues once I put his arm's on. Well made and fast delivery.

We have this part of the forum, its called a business directory (linked for your pleasure)
http://auszookers.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=15

Within that directory you will find BenT's thread
http://auszookers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=15009

Within that thread you will find the price and pictures of what he offers to sell
http://auszookers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=15009&p=532103#p532103

Or you could search for posts by BenT and on the first page he's got a link to it.

I know its pretty mind blowing stuff...
so its AU$200 + $35 shipping

Hahaha, I swear atari4x4 always pops up when some hasn't used the search function!! Ok sounds like the Ben T arms are they way to go. Also I think I need to change my transfer rubber mounts, when I pulled out the transfer and had a look at them there are slight cracks running along one I guess from age. So where is the best place for price to get the original suzuki ones in Brisbane I've heard the stock ones are the strongest you will find?

A solution that a lot of people over here in nz use is to ditch the rubbish suzuki rubber mounts and use series landrover engine mounts. Straight swap and they are pretty much indestructible
