Hey everyone

Recently bought a 2012 jimny and have got a 40mm ome lift with superpro adjustable bushes..

Also have 225 70 15s on neg 23 offset 15x8s.

It's all in and looking right however my wheel aligner can't get It right. The tyres still scrub and the alignment can't even get close to manufacturer specs.

I've called everyone from suspension shops, 4x4 shops, fulcrum and arb... Know one has seen it before

Can anyone help me with what might be causing it?

Cheers

what specs on the wheel alignment are out & where are the tyres "scrubbing"?

caster?
toe?

Any photos?
Is it towing in, towing out,
a caster or camber problem.
I don't know Jimnies, but those that do will need more info, to offer good advice

Sorry for the lack of info, I know he's struggling to get out of negative caster

Unsure at this stage how the toe and camber are measuring up... I will try to get a hold of the measurements for this tomorrow

Also, tyres still scrubbing on front bar which I thought that wheel and tyre combo with the lift should clear.

Thanks for the speedy replies!

camber isn't adjustable on a live axle vehicle & caster should be in the positive range, not sure on the actual figure... a jimny owner will be able to answer that.

just wondering if the offset bushes been installed correctly?

missed the -23 bit... that offset is going to cause scrubbing issues everywhere.
