1997 SJ80 with G16B conversion for sale.

I've put a lot of work into the car but looking to sell as I no longer have time/motivation to continue to do so.

The bad:

- Engine conversion not mod plated (needs airbox properly mounted otherwise ready for mod plate)
- May need a 1 inch body lift? Intake pipe currently touching the inside of bonnet but hasn't been a problem for the 10,000 k's i've done since completing conversion
- Couple of holes in bonnet (5 mm dia) from where I was going to fit a bonnet scoop to provide more bonnet clearance for intake
- Crack in engine block (has been cold welded but still has a slow leak, search my topics for video, have done 10,000 k's like this with no cooling problems)
- Heater has been bypassed as it was leaking
- Has older SJ steering wheel / combination switch as SJ80 combo switch broke (still have SJ80 steering wheel)

The good:

- Approx 95,000 k's on clock, new clutch put in @ 74k
- G16B coversion with approx 170,000 kms on engine, runs very well
- Full 2 1/4 inch exhaust with new headers, pipe, high flow cat and muffler (bit loud)
- Entire front diff was replaced with reconditioned one (original diff was leaking)
- 2 inch ebay spring lift kit
- CD/Mp3 player
- Alloy rollbar
- Probably throw in the portable 5000 lb winch i have as i have hooked up front and rear Anderson style plugs in order to use it

The conversion cost nearly $2k in parts + many hours of my time. Asking a realistic price of $3000, the hard work is done.

No rego, no rwc. Welcome to test drive 0424 149 141.

Can assist with transport in brisbane region.

practically 10L/100km everytime i fill up with the standard sized tyres on, just under 300km/tank is as far as I drive without filling up. Didn't make a noticeable difference with the 30" MT's though.
