GV 07 engine noise?

My missus has a Suzuki Grand Vitara 2007 2.7 V6
the is a small ticking noise coming from inside the R/H head..
I'm 100% certain it is NOT a big end bearing as I've done quiet a few big ends..
any help would be nice before I start attacking the engine??

Possible timing chain rattle or lifter noise.

How many Kms has it done?

I was thinking timing chain also, might get a video of the noise.. car has roughly 85xxx
