Has anyone else had issues with their tie rod hitting the underside off the diff? Its occurring with the wheels straight and may be the true source of my wobbles. The rod doesn't appear to be bent...

As the tie rod and diff move together unless something is bent I cant see how this can happen. Unless the tie rod was installed upside down???

tie rod could be flexing with harmonics from the wobble?

what are the vehicle specs, stock?

EDIT: due to the radius arm set up, the pinion angle will roll when arcticulating a small amount

jb front arms with suzuki bushes, but only 2" lift till the 3" kit gets here later this week, early next week.
jb adjustable pan hard. king pin shims coming to stop wobble if change in castor after lift wont do the job.
30X9.5 km2's on -15mm offset 15x7's

constantly changing negative toe from a tie rod wobble sounds like a very real possibility. i wonder if bolting something heavy to the rod will increase the energy input required for harmonization, and stop it?

if it does then its probably time for a thicker tie rod that wont harmonize and that would suit the bigger tyres.

that or can you attach a steering damper to the tie rod instead of the draglink...? it has mass, and would prevent bump steer from the right wheel transferring to the left then being caught by the damper. might be pushed for space behind the diff though...
