Hey everyone, I have bought a sierra with a 13B engine conversion to my lj80 coily sierra and I can't find the original oil pressure signal wire from the coily harness.I'm not even sure where the oil pressure switch was with stock engine, I would like to hook this up to make sure it's got oil pressure with the modified pickup so if anyone can take a photo of the wire or tell me there colour/ location. Ive found a wire on the alternator loom that looks like it might be it but I extended it and hooked it up and still no light.
Also do I need to install the original oil pressure switch from the sierra or will the 13b one work fine?

thanks for your time and look foward to the replys!

Sorry, you'd mentioned it a few times so I thought I should put you straight. ;)

I can't speak for a coily, but on leaf sprung Sierras and LJs the wire is yellow with a black trace. On a Sierra (again leaf, can't speak for a coily) it comes out of the the part of the the loom that goes to to the front lights, can't remember which side a 1.3l is on though.
