I have a Transfercase that has crawler gear in it but the output shafts have been played with to put flanges on them.
I also have a spare so I am going to try to make one I can use in my Vit.

Does anyone know if the output shafts can be replaced by pulling the chain drive section of the back or do I need to strip the t-case right down.

you'll have to strip it right down. the output shaft is very long.
