Later 1.6 and 2L from memory, like around 95 onwards.
Might have been an option or a JLX/V6 trim thing, so not every car will have them.

I have a SWB 95/96 JLX 1.6 No cup holders in mine.

pretty sure they only came in x-90's & late model SV's with the push button HVAC controls
