well i was feeling sh!thouse today so stayed home n chilaxed.

Yesterday my Dizzy cap, Button, Points and Condenser arrived from Suzitstore so i set about an hour ago puttting the LJ dizzy back together. Also cleaning up the LJ Bonnet Hinges for my new LJ.

I thought i would take pics as use love to look at pics so much

The Bonnet Hinges, Drilled the old pins out and put new ones in. From the days at Riviera, the stainless Nuts, Bolts, Washers and Spring washers i picked up came in handy



Puttin the Dizzy back together after givin it a blast on the wire wheel

lol i just bought what was in the LJ50 section and even in the Service manual it shows that rotor button so it has to be right. lol i guess i'll find out exactly how it works when its all back together and running.

i'm not really happy tho buying stuff throught Suzistore as they are very exspensive. eg. i bought a thermostat at supercheap, Tridon 1 the same as the 1 on Suzistore, Super cheap $14.63 vs Suzistore $32.50 and thats before postage!

In total i bought the dizzy cap, button, condensor, points and coil and cost me $139.50 inc frieght & $10 insurance

So anyone who has bought parts form suzistore for the LJ50 and now know the actual maker and part number please post it up.

Im sorry if i upset anyone doing this but they really do overcharge, usually double the price

Dizzy Cap = Bosch GD674
Condensor = Champion TC206
Thermostat = Tridon TT239-180
Fan Belt = Bosch 11A0785
Plugs = B7HS

nah unique its the dizzy out the 2stroke motor, im slowly buildin it up from scratch to one day put back into the 50

ahh 2 stroke well looking good mate!i did a bt of work on lil beast today,changing soo much in the engine bay...once you mod,standard is soo far away.
