Well I've bought a new truck to mess with for a while. I've been tossing on weather to keep Doof or not.
With a combination of the new truck, a two year old and a wife, plus the RC stuff I do, combined with my work, I just won't have the time to get the most out of two cars. Doof has been a very reliable rig since it was built a number of years ago. The only real breakage was the front pinion gear on AT13 that has been clicking for ages and now fixed.
For those of you who aren't too familiar with the car, it's a LWB Ute, engineered with 1.6EFI, 4 speed auto, custom springs, full floater rear, vit power steer, vit LWB tank, 4 wheel disc's, body lift and 1.3ltr firewall/trans tunnel.
It's also fitted with 5.12 diff gears, double toughs, both full and 1/2 doors, sports seats, Fatzook steering arms, ARB lockers front and rear, OME shocks, 6:1 (or there abouts) transfer gears, 35" silverstones (5) on factory GV 16" wheels (5)
Supplied as parts, set of brand new 300M rear axles, original steering wheel, Low range gearbox rear seal kit, exhaust steel flange, GT17 turbo and an intercooler that were on the project list.
What it needs off the top of my head: one sill needs minor repair gearbox seal needs to be fitted front axle seal looks to have been pinched when new front diff centre was fitted seats would have to be changed for RWC as with steering wheel flares refitted rear mud flaps refitted

Doof, when Mock had it was a 1.0ltr, I bought it, geared it, then sold to Mitch who did a bulk of the work and ran out of motivation, who sold it to Lloyd, who finished it, engineered it, then sold it to me again.

Best of luck with sale OP. Looks like a top ute

It isn't this car, which is still unfinished. Doof is totally awesome- it has soooo much history in the VIC club. It's also fantastically capable. Steve.
