Ok everywhere I read said F100 rims are the ducks guts for sierras so went and bought myself a set.

Got my Tyres fitted and went to bolt them on my my weekend trip away tomorow and pcd is way off and stud holes are rather large.

Below are some pics, maybe I'm just a complete N0ob and the only one who didn't know this it I'm writing this to be of use to anyone searching in the future.

Also what's the go with the stud holes? Are they larger on the 2wd model F100s?

If the pcd was cut bigger then i assume i still cant use these rims with the stud holes 4mm too big...

I never checked the stud holes diameter on the 16" factory 2WD F100 rims I had, but from memory they were quite large. so long as the nut doesn't bottom out on the drum before it's tight though, it's not a problem - the rim centres on the taper of the nut, not on the diameter of the stud.

drop a nut into the stud hole and see if it pokes though past the rim mounting surface. if it doesn't it's all good.

All up, if the rims are just 15X7's, I don't think it's worth modding them - It's cheap enough to get 15X7 steel rims which will fit without stuffing around. I had my 16"rims modded years ago because it wasn't easy to find 16" rims for a Sierra with the correct offset. (this was pre GV)

+ no one runs the factory F100 rims, they're all the aftermarket sun-raiser style steel wheels in F100 sizing.

Yep, tis true.

The 2wd F100 rims are 80mm centre bore while the 4wd (and Suzuki) need to be 108mm. You can see the dimple circle where they need to be opened up to. Bubba could do it with an angle drinder and die grinder, but it would be better on a lathe. Clever choice would have been to pick the 4wd rims first off.
