I've found this plug and wondering what's it's for? It's plugged into one of the spare blank panels. Is it for the front/rear foglight? Apologies for the crappy phone quality pic.

If it's for the front foglight where does the other end terminate? I've tried looking behind the bumper bar but can't see any loose wiring?

It's a 2002 3 door GV.
