okay, i'm having problems with my timing belt slowly slipping off when i turn it ova by hand.. what could be causing this???
To take up slack of timing belt, turn crankshaft two rotations clockwise after installing it. After making sure that belt is free from slack, tighten tensioner stud first and then tensioner bolt to each specified torque. Then confirm again that two sets of marks are aligned respectively. Tightening Torque (a): 11 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 lb-ft) (b): 25 N.m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)

Did you change the tensioner bearing? Did you put the little plate back on the crank pulley?

I've had a G16 with the wrong tensioner bearing on it. The belt was only running on half the bearing

looks like it is the right belt, maybe the tension spring needs replacing, i know that when i have done timing belts and they where a bugger as well but i just pushed it back on and put it back together....
although i did move the tensioner slightly more than the spring let it go on the g13bb to make up for possible wear in the spring, not much though.
i guess yours is worse
