"sump" is the key word.

Atari has a very good comparo pic if he's feeling generous, but short answer is that the early pinion mount has a much lower profile against the cross member than the later version.

Either version is fine for the V6, but the J20 sump clashes.

well as it already has a bid on ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Grand-Vitara ... 848&_uhb=1 i would consider that a sale then. so it would not be for sale here as well. or am i wrong ?
is it in penrith or brisbane ?

Not if i wish to end the auction early. As stated. Say i change my mind, the item is lost or stolen or is sold elsewhere.

I didnt pay anything. Might pay a sale fee though. Not sure. Ill only stop the auction if it gets sold elsewhere. For example, here.

should have taken my first offer the other day @ $350-400, don't think it's worth 1/2 that now after your sooky sooky la la thread. :D

alexxx seems pretty keen for it @ $300... probably going to be your best offer on here after everyone has been bought up to speed on the current pricing.

When its stated in the description that i may end the auction early its hardly un ethical. I have an item i wish to sell. Its advertised in multiple places. First in best dressed. Thats the reason i put contact details in the description. If the current bidder wishes to purchase it. He can call. He will have to contact me regarding postage any way.

I understand where you are coming from.

Bluuudddyy hell...

Put a reasonable price up. Include postage cost into your price or exclude if the buyer to organise their own freight, Sell it, send it and DONE.

If no takers, reduce the price once and once only or keep it in the shed until someone is screaming out for one.

Don't jack the price up because you think you'll get haggled down, were not in India. Most people on here will ASK if you would take less but some will say yep no worries to your price. For the sake of a few bucks is it worth the back and forth negotiating and few extra days to finally settle on a price.

Atari has given you a very fair offer, (the first offer that is) You knocked it back and now have 2 pages of crap chat.
