Hey all,

Bout to fit my new headdeck And speakers however the car when I purchased had no stereo at all there is one plug hanging out of the dash but don't look like any other plug I've seen before
Specially a stereo plug??
Can anyone tell me what they look like or pic? Also the speaker cable I pull out of the kick panel appears
To have some steel terminal soldered to it? Is the speaker cable or something else? Or maybe it's a piece of the old speaker still attached? :s

Thanks

Just run new wiring. The stock wiring is barely adequate.

X2 mine couldn't reliably run a $40 headunit and 2 aftermarket 6" speakers.

There should be a T piece socket/plug with cable
from memory its white with black tracer and the second is white with black tracer/red flecks (or black with whte tracer) One is always on (MEM), the other is linked to the ACC/ON of your igntion switch

Super cheap auto sell the T-piece plug+socket for $4. attach plug to radio loom positive and memory wires, attach earth to bar under glovebox (should be screw there or screw hole)
These 3 wires set up and it shoud turn/off on and not reset.

Run fresh speaker cable to yur left and right.

If you want to be fancy you caan get a pigtail radio kit for a suzuki samurai from the states.
