body spacers as in a body lift or as in spring spacers? Guessing A body lift if your talking steering shafts. It helps to know the year of it they vary a fair bit. Spring spacers you shouldn't need any more mods unless you are putting in longer shocks then you might need extended brake lines unless they are already extended

do i need to run extended brake lines? (or wont find out untill i do it?) i would recommended longer, and if you have the pressure sensor on the rear of the car that may need to be re positioned to correct for the body lift. my rear brakes were quite dull until i fixed this do i need to extend the steering shaft? i had to on my 2010 model JX, with no power steering. i used the JB kit but had to cut the length down as the kit made the shaft too long. 1" you might get away without it is there anything else i should be considering that i haven't pointed out?? your front and rear bumper are attached to the car, and might be difficult to reattach
