GENUINE Flexiglass Challenge two-piece rear canopy and hard top set to suit Suzuki Vitara soft top models 1988 - 1999. These are the properly moulded roofs so the underside is shaped to fit into the car roof and seal properly against the wind and rain. Some cheaper models are just a rectangular lid that attaches, you only have to drive in the rain once to understand the difference !!
I have had these tops on a 1988 model and a 1996 model so i know it fits a range of year models very well. The roofs are completely separate and can be used together or removed completely in a matter of minutes, you can also use one or the other if you prefer, i often leave the rear canopy in the garage and just drive around with the hardtop on to keep the sun and rain out. The front lifts off in seconds with 5 simple clips, the rear canopy is a two person job to be honest but only because it is an awkward size - its not heavy at all and if you don't care about your paintwork it can be done easily by one person.
The rear canopy has a lockable flexiglass window with the original (matching) locks and i have spares as well. You can leave the rear hatch locked and still open the tailgate of the car so this is a properly designed solution, similarly you can open the rear hatch without unlocking or opening the tailgate - so easy.
Overall the roofs are in very good condition, i replaced the edging on the front roof about twelve months ago, the edging on the rear is fine but starting to show its age, new edging would cost around $150 from Clark Rubber and if you did that and gave the roofs a polish they would look brand spanking new. All the glass is spear with no cracks or scratches, currently sitting on the roof of my Vitara so can be removed complete with all necessary mounting hardware as a complete hardtop solution. Great for added security on these soft top cars, and also means you can load the rear up with confidence that it wont all fall out the side at the first sharp corner.
$1300 Offers welcomed. Pickup from Sunnybank Hills in Brisbane. 0431385020 Dean.

Perth - are you nuts ? lol. Freight would cost you more than the roof mate, its still cheaper than buying a new one but i think you're better off waiting until something comes along you can inspect and collect yourself. This one is in good condition but i would be happier for the person buying it to come and check it out, as this is my first listing here and i am not sure what people expect.
