I'm very glad you've had good experiences. I just feel that people have the right to know thats all. The same as people have the right to know about their good experiences!

And I am very grateful of companies going out on a limb and doing something out of the norm, providing aftermarket accessories for vehicles that aint Toyota or Nissan. If it were'nt for Tim I wouldnt have my lift in the first place, or full underbody guards. However you have you look after your customers....ESPECIALLY if you are a smaller business. And ESPECIALLY in such a small circle like that of the Suzuki badge. Word of mouth goes a long way. I have had bad experiences with ARB too, and I have also posted about this, however ARB are big enough not to care/notice these issues. That's just the advantage of having a larger company. It can work in your favour too, if you are a smaller company - if you make sure 100% of the customers experiences are a good one then the word will quickly spread, just as quick as a bad word.

I don't think ODA is liked very much....

My dealings with them aren't as significant but I had better customer service with arb and they point there nose up at zook drivers.

I Rung ODA to order shock relocation brackets, took my name and number and said they would call.. 2 weeks later, still nothing so I rung again and was told no such order was placed nor my name had never been heard of.
I didn't bother any further and contacted Russ from JimnyBits and had them in less than a week, I knew even though it was coming from a different country i would get them.

its 7 bolts/nut to remove the strut , then just 1 nut in the middle it aint that hard to replace the strut bearing , ohh yeah got to remove the wheel too ..

Originally Tim was ODA1 on here years ago, and he was pushing his products on here but wasn't a site sponsor and there is rules inplace for that.

But he has been sneakily on here as vitzookman for a long time now, people have pointed it out though. but as royce said thats the first time he has admitted it!

i email ODA a few weeks ago re: an underbody prot kit for an XL-7 and the response i got was short but good what i wanted to know but he never followed up if i wanted it or asked anything meh no my problem (dont' have the car yet) though now i know where i won't be getting the kit from..

anyone else know where i coudl source the kit lol

I have purchased Coils and struts from ODA and the service was fine, product is working well.

Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Friends of mine have also bought products from them. You might not be able to sit and chew the fat with him but he is running a buisness.

As for you Abraxix, he told you what you want. What more can he do? Send you flowers and chocolates? He sells a product, he isnt going to force it on you.

wait till the product fails and you need aftermarket support before you judge.
