Looking to buy a bonnet holder stick thing for my 96 Sierra. Don't know if they ever came with them but just wondering if anyone has one around the act area or if someone knows something else to use, maybe out of a different car.

Thanks

I've only ever seen one in a leaf sprung, so maybe the all fall out :?
AFAIK it was only the late hardtops and gay coilys that came with the bonnet rod.
Most people just fold their bonnet back onto the window frame stoppers, give you way more room and lets in a lot more light.

Yeah I had those stoppers on the top of the windscreen but I now use the mounting holes for my light bar... May just keep a straight stick in there that I'll spray black. :)
Thanks anyway

more Zooker cred if you do a Shep and use a green stick for a prop - [bark optional]

My 1981 Soft top 1l has one, my mates early 90s soft top has one too.

IIRC (haven't driven it in over a year  ) mine rattles and comes loose every now and then. It's way to short to do anything with. I always just flipped the bonnet up against the wannabee exo, my friends one rests on his snorkel. It doesn't seem mark either of them to badly.
