Led's, Switches, 2.1 amp Marine usb ports, Anderson plugs, fuse box And mounting gas bottle! yep that was 4 hours done...
i think this was one of the more difficult jobs of the build.. it all had to be pretty much spot on..
the trailer is wired so it can be powered from the drawbar Or either side of the tailgate, that allows me to plug my fridge in next to the kitchen or in the trailer also!
i have 4 different light circuits all on individual switches (inside tent, under awning, cooking and inside trialer)
and still more to come!

To be honest I hadn't thought off it. They are sikaflexed and riveted in tho so should be happy days!

When you go for rego, take the gas stuff off, the way that hose is routed might make an over zealous inspector send you off for a gas certificate as well.

No worries! Will do. Was going to unbolt kitchen and take jerrys/gass bottle off!
Its booked in for Tuesday morning. Hopefully it will only take a few hours and I can pick it uo before I start work!

i proberbly wont get a chance to test it out before new years! but i have a few overnight trips coming up then a HUGE 4 week trip up the east coast of australia with my wifey and daughter!

Cheers! i am starting to miss good old richy!

i had a chance and got a bit done this afternoon..
tent is now mounted.. 4xm10 with mud guard washers will do the trick!
now i need to move the mount for the gass strut, the cooker is 2 close to the tent atm.. i may make up a guard of some type to go with it also.. or i could make the standard one work maby? i will look into that at a latter date.
i will do some work on the wiring in the coming days/weeks, looks like its going to be a wile before i can actually use it!

Well my wiring is 75% complete. .
Just need to set up the led's on my awning poles. I have so xr60 rc battery plugs to make them a plug in job.
How cool are these! $5 at arb hobart. Was a easy solution to solve the mounting of the switches.

I really wouldn't bother unless you plan on sleeping extra people in there. I have the walls for mine and rarely use them.

I carry a couple of tarps the same width as the awning, some extra extendable poles and ropes/pegs. Zip tie tarps to awning side bars and adjust to the desired size with pole placement. Can get a reasonable sized shade area like this and is easy to adjust the sides to close the area in more if the weather is looking nasty.

Use it a few times and you will be looking for more shade as the std awning if fairly small.

^^ Exactly what we do. The standard awning is good for two people and camp gear but more than two gets a bit cosy. When I bought our Camper 6 I considered getting the awning walls ($250 for the nylon walls back then, they also had a canvas wall option for about $800) but we've never felt we needed them so I'm glad we didn't buy it.
