Where can one get new rear axles for a sierra? besides low range
rebuilt my rear diff but still play in it and the splines where stuffed on
both sides

scrubby you can't buy brand spankers unless you get CRMO replacements (from lowrange) - you can get good second hand ones from wreckers. Prices will vary as will the quality. Before i put the floater in the back of mine i got replacement rear axles from suzistore. Can't remember how much they cost me, but i'd twisted my originals so had to buy new ones. I don't think it was crazy expensive, and was definitely cheaper than CRMO's.

A pair of como axles from the states is less then one new axle from suzuki i found out when I needed one for my vit.

The engine. Front diff gears. That's about it.

Aren't the "cromo" axles from calamity made of cheese?

I thought everyone who has ever run them has twisted them?

WT axles should be easy to find second hand.

If I'm not mistaken they are the 4.6 or whatever diff gears. Improve your gearing assuming larger tyres and stock everything else.

It could be worth money to the right person, or you could find another and re-gear your vehicle.

Disclaimer: only rehashing info here. I've never looked int this mod myself.

Double edit: I'd like you to know I have no idea what ratio diffs are in there!

Judging by the dash shape that car will have 5.12 diff gears regardless of transmission

Lowrange just started making their own cromo rears. $289 for a pair. See how they go.
