A few days ago I came across some pictures of a bolt on fabricated sill for the Jimny, it replaces the plastic.
I am ripping my hair out trying to find it again. These looked similar to the ones that go on a sierra.
Any ideas please?
Cheers,
Rob.

Onto thin sheet metal tabs. It looks like it tops into the sill ledge from the top, and I'm guessing underneath uses the pissy tabs.

I've been thinking of making something similar, There are also clips that go into the rounded vertical face of the sill behind the plastic which I'm thinking of utilising as well. I think that using face and tabs underneath, plus in from the top should make it strong enough. Vertical face clip holes There are also extra unused tabs underneath, the plastic only utilises every second tab.

Yeah and they were great but I've done a deal with them to work up my own design I'll rough up a side as best I can then hand it over to the steel guy.
