Hi peoples ,i put some springs in the jimmy couple weeks ago and had a look today seem to have shifted abit at the bottom i think,first time doing this and wanted to know if they have to be right up against the edge of the bottom mount ledge thingy,
any help or advice ? Not sure if it matters or not

they will do that, and will get a bit noisy when flxing. its nothing to worry about they typically dont move much further then that.

It's probably happening because those aftermarket springs are slightly shorter than standard springs. Often, lift springs are a little bit shorter when out of the vehicle due to design parameters, and this will mean they can go a little bit loose on full flex, which will cause them to move around a bit.

Bit hard to see, but it does look that the new springs are slightly shorter.
