Woah there Tido, you'll have to provide some more information/photos and do some of your own research before you'll get helpful answers.

I have no idea what transfer case is in your car but I imagine it's a Sierra case, but we can't tell you which Sierra case because we can't tell anything about your car from your post.

Are you sure you mean you need a longer axle? Because this is what an axle looks like:

It's inside the axle housing, and you definitely don't need a longer one when you add lift.

Are you sure you don't mean the driveshaft?

Which looks like this:

If that's what you mean, you can buy driveshaft spacers from low range off road up to about 30mm in length, which should be plenty.

Having said that though, I'd be a bit worried about your "massive lift" causing driveshaft, steering, and perhaps even transfer case failures, so, with some more information about the car, we might be able to advise you on how to make it more reliable.

Oh, and as an aside, you'll have more luck getting better answers if your post title is more specific.

"Sierra 1.6 motor" could relate to hundreds of possible questions - I clicked on this topic because I was curious, but not everyone who might be able to help you will.

If you'd called your topic "1.6 converted Sierra, which transfer?"

And then in your post told us everything you know about the car, and maybe a photo of the transfer case, you'd get a quick and accurate answer to your question.

Did you also purchase the car with the "massive lift" or did you fit this?

You've certainly come to the right place to learn a few things about your car, but from the sounds of it, it might be best you meet up with some veterans and get some personal tutoring to help you catch up quick.
What state are you in, there are a few Suzuki clubs about the country.

As for the Transfer case, it will depend on what tires are on the car as to what transfer case you need. Anything over 215x75s you will need not only a transfer case but low range gearing to compensate for the tires, but there is a whole section on this form called along the lines of "I want it" and "getting rid of stuff" for buying and selling things. Transfer cases in various gear flavours come and go in there all the time.
