Im in ballarat Victoria.

Will that be what is causing them not to work.

the door locking switch works but the windows wont

Mine do the same thing, some days they work and some days they don't , I've tried a new window switch and it wasn't that

Have you Checked the switch with a test light? My windows weren't working and it turned out the be the motors.
I taped the motor with a hammer while holding the switch down and it came good. I lubed the sliders and cables will silicone spray so hopefully it doesn't seize up again.
