Can anybody tell what fuel pressure (PSI) the stock F10A (970cc) mechanical fuel pump outputs?

I'm looking at fuel system options for my project .
I have a 30ltr Fuel cell in the back as the stock tank location will be full of winch
I am planning to mount an electric pump / regulator / filter setup next to the cell . The regulator would have a return line to the tank.
This means I only need to run one Fuel line to the front for the Carburetor . And all fuel related stuff is in one location and can be protected from the Mud

Research indicated that alot of people just run a low pressure electric pump (Facet or Carter) without a regulator , but past experience has taught me that this generally leads to flooding / bad fuel economy.

Currently looking at the Carter 4070 (5Psi Max) or the Carter 4594 (7Psi Max) , but cant find any factory fuel pressure specifications to properly match the pump / regulator .

I suppose the other option is to run two lines to the front and use a stock mechanical pump .
