To be honest it's not even the drive, I just want a Victorian roady at the time of purchase. Don't want to get it back here and then find out I'm up for 5k to get it passed. I can see it's neat from the pictures but don't think it will pass as is

What wont pass on it? If your worried about the lift and tires it comes with all stock gear minus front bumper.. i cant see why it wouldnt pass but then again im not in victoria..

Yeah they'll do that - when I was selling my Liberty a dealer offered me $2k as a trade-in. I sold it privately for $8k.
