Apparently dynamic 'd' shaped hole 16x8 rims will fit the 98-04 GV and clear the calipers. They said they only go to -10 but i have seen others the same going to -13 still d shaped holes and 16x8.
I've ordered a set to test fit and will only believe they fit when i see it. Any one know for sure why the tyre shop would only say they go to -10 but i can see them online to -13?

Are you going to notice a 3mm difference in offset?

I bet it isn't the difference.

3mm at a 29 degree angle is 5/8 of 3/4 of nothing.

I got quoted 16x7 -13 Dyamics 130 each. Dynamic said they will fit, this is good to know.

There is a special on ROH Track2 16x7 for 89 each at bobjayne at moment

I wasn't even aware the brakes were different on the 2L GVs. Does my shorty have 1.6 brakes on it or something?

I think the swb have the small breaks. I think the 2l ones some have large and some small don't quote me on it. The smaller breaks allow you to run 15 in rims

This would please me in all sorts of ways. Time to get my hands on a 15-incher and give it a whirl.

Not sure what that engine is, but that swb definitely can fit 15" rims.

Only the SWB 1.6 GV's have the older Vitara brakes. Everything else AFAIK has the bigger brakes.

The one pictured above is definitely a 1.6, so that explains that.

But sv borstals aren't gvs and that's what they have it listed for. Why do so many places think there is no differences between vits and gvs...
