This forum looks fairly technical so run the risk of pissing off the regular folk with general questions.But I was told best place to ask about suzukis so I'll give it a shot
I'm interested in a second SX4 manual AWD version to throw the wife in for mucking around and wondered if they are usually safe buys? I notice quite a few 07/08 years going for 9-11k etc with really low k's, well under 100k a lot of the time too.

However... read a lot on yank forums that before 2010 they could have catastrophic engine/bearing issues that occur under 120k.And I was advised to start at nothing less than a 2010 version.

However then told by another source these problems did not effect the Aus imported versions from those early years. A bit confused, would love one of the cheaper earlier years eg 07 as anything 2010+ is too exy for what I am after.Thanks for any thoughts.
