Other than melting the casing, what sort of ailments would a battery suffer being exposed to that much heat all the time? Plus I'd lose my subway footlong heating tray...

Batt like being at 25degc any more or less shortens its life that much heat will boil the electrolyte in a gell batt that will stuff it real quick in a wet cell u could top up the water
