Just rebuilt my sierra after blowing a headgasket and having milky stuff everywhere. I have checked and adjusted tappets twice both when got and cold. And have done 2 oil and filter changes but they are still very noisy. Any suggestions ? They are all within spec. I will be doing another oil flush today

If you have already done 2 oil changes then a 3rd won't help noisy rockers.

Engine Hot
Intake ........................................ .009-.011 (.23-.28mm)
Exhaust ....................................... .010-.012 (.25-.30mm)

Measure between rocker and valve tip, not between rocker and cam lobe.
